Why I’m in a Funk (And How I’m Climbing Out of It)

This is one of the most honest episodes I’ve ever recorded. In this solo episode, I’m sharing something that feels deeply vulnerable: I’ve been in a funk. A real, lingering, tough season that has left me unmotivated, exhausted, and not quite myself.

It felt off-brand to talk about it at first—after all, I’m usually upbeat, optimistic, and enthusiastic about my work. But I realized that honesty is also a huge part of my brand. So, I’m pulling back the curtain and walking you through what this funk has looked like, what contributed to it, what I wish I had done differently, and the specific things that are actually helping me start to feel better.

If you’ve ever hit a wall in your business or life—or if you're just not feeling like yourself lately—I hope this episode will help you feel less alone and more empowered to care for yourself.
